As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other strategic methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their business needs and position CoderLab's services effectively.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
