Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience in Upwork and Fiverr sales. A creative problem solver who thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
- Manage sales pipeline
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
- Write proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn, Do meetings, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Leads and PMs where needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development core with Upwork and Fiverr.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
