Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Karāchi for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners, and overseeing the entire sales process, from lead identification to closing deals. The Business Development Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
