Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Tech Ventures is a leading and innovative Dynamics 365 partner, committed to delivering transformative solutions for our clients. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Leveraging internal data and sales tools to drive performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to qualify leads and set up meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage in proactive communication with potential clients to understand their needs and sending additional information and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Dynamics 365 developments.
  • Learning, presenting and demonstrating various products.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the technology or ERP industry.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to research and propose lead searching tools.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP solutions is a plus.
  • Content writing skills will be a plus.
