Key Responsibilities:
Identify and apply for quality IT and software-related job opportunities in the US market using various online platforms.
Generate a minimum of two interviews per day for our team of skilled developers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the team to understand technical requirements and match these with appropriate job opportunities.
Utilize creative strategies to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the industry.
Ensure consistent communication and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
A general Bachelor’s degree (4 years). Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
