· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
· Keep prospective client database updated.
· Make cold calls for new business leads.
· Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
· Project price estimation, quote, and proposal creation, follow-up with the client, and lead closure.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to assist sales.
· Responsible for achieving own and team targets.
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
An ideal incumbent must have:
· Must have 2-3 years of Experience in the Digital Industry.
· Should have a detailed understanding of the IT Software Industry (Mobile Apps & Web Apps etc.)
· Ability to close clients on calls.
· Ability to meet monthly targets.
· Must be fluent in English communication (US/UK accent would be preferred).
· Having call center experience will be an added advantage.
· Minimum Bachelor' degree. Having a BS (CS) background will be an advantage.
