The Throne Chasers SMC-Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience and hold a BBA/MBA in Marketing, with preference given to IBA students.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to create innovative approaches to expand our market presence.
Proposal and Presentation:
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for client meetings.
- Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Targets and Reporting:
- Set realistic and achievable targets, monitoring progress regularly.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to the management regarding sales activities and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing (Preferably IBA Students).
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
