Business Development Executive

Job Description

The Throne Chasers SMC-Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience and hold a BBA/MBA in Marketing, with preference given to IBA students.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create innovative approaches to expand our market presence.

Proposal and Presentation:

  • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for client meetings.
  • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients.

Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Targets and Reporting:

  • Set realistic and achievable targets, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the management regarding sales activities and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing (Preferably IBA Students).
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
