Business Development Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Delivering quality and tailored solutions to prospects based on the prospects’ needs and priorities in both online as well as offline manner.
  • Understanding customer’s persona in terms of their goals, plans, and challenges and offering solutions accordingly.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly financial and sales targets.
  • Managing customers’ renewals and receivables.
  • Striving to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
  • Working with an account manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Managing CRM on a daily basis and keeping the customer’s profile up to date.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers to respond to queries and concerns.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Working with an onboarding specialist to ensure customer success and a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Participating and contributing in Sales meetings.
  •  

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ Years of proven experience in sales.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Good product demonstration and product pitching skills.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and time-management skills.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
