Job Description
𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Familiarity with freelance platforms and lead generation tools.
- Craft and submit compelling project proposals on Upwork and other leading platforms.
- Tailor proposals to precisely meet client requirements, showcasing our company's strengths and expertise.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through Freelancing and Social Media platforms.
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT or software development industry with 1+ years of experience.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of software development, IT services, or related industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Email Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
