We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Appedology Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, establishing new business relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US healthcare sector, specifically focusing on appointment scheduling and B2B interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the US healthcare industry, particularly targeting clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and effectively close agreements.
8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
10. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the US healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of appointment scheduling processes and healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
