You are an excellent fit for this role if you are a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic ‘hunter’ who is laser-focused on generating prospect meetings and building a sales pipeline. On a day-to-day basis, you will educate the market about the power of Innovage and create opportunities with net-new customers. You will become an expert at using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
• Lead generation through different platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, AngelList, Crunchbase, etc)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective enterprise customers in CRM tool
• Research prospective companies to identify key stakeholders and in drafting the value proposition
• Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate Innovage product and services value via email, LinkedIn, and qualification calls
• Develop an understanding of Innovage products and services.
• Support new market development
• Identify opportunities to leverage B2C customers in enterprise sales
• Assist with other projects, as requested
• Requirements Analysis: Identifying client requirements, and proposing
appropriate solutions. Must be able to coordinate and share
information with the suitable person or team of the company to
deliver authentic quotes.
• Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
• Updating and maintaining client and consultant databases and contract records.
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Fresh or 1 year of exp in sales.
• Superb clarity in communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Top-class persuasive skills.
• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed objectives with strong planning, analytical, and organization skills.
• Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
• Strong project management skills would be appreciated.
• Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are a big plus (formulas, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables, etc.)
