-As a Business Development Executive at TechMatter Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills who have an interest in IT sales and procurement. We require 1-2 years of experience in sales and international cold-calling. We will be offering incentives and commissions after probation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications: Fresh graduates in business administration or supply chain management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Should have an interest in sales and business development, a driven and competitive mindset is key.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism, patience, and confidence.
