Business Development Executive

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Brown Stone Marketing Pvt. Ltd (Parent company of Makkaan) in Blue Area, Islamabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

 

Qualification

 

Freshers and Individuals with relevant experience in business development or related fields are encouraged to apply, while freshers with demonstrated skills in networking and relationship building are also welcome to apply.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Identify and target clients in vertical markets.

• Develop strategic sales plans.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Conduct market research.

• Collaborate with teams.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Track and report sales metrics.

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.

• Proven business development or sales experience.

• Understanding of the real estate industry.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with sales track record.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
