Job Description
We seek a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into clients for our Software Development Services (SDS). The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pitching for sales, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and competitors
- Identifying and qualifying leads for SDS
- Creating and executing outbound marketing strategies to generate leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
- Preparing proposals and presentations for clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Providing regular reports on sales activity and progress toward targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in the software development industry
- Strong knowledge of software development services and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with lead generation and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, AngelList, email marketing, and other platforms and techniques for reaching out to potential clients and pitching services
