Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct research and identify potential clients and leads for the company business.
  • Use different LinkedIn and Email Marketing platforms to send cold emails and generate high-quality leads.
  • Create and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the IT industry.
  • Communicate with potential clients through various channels, including emails, messages, and calls, to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with top management to develop and optimise lead generation campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new lead-generation opportunities.
  • Provide the management team with regular reports and updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the internal communication system.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and value propositions to communicate with potential clients effectively.

 

Qualification & Expertise

 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Sciences, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar IT/Software Development Industry role will be preferred.
  • Proficient in using lead generation tools and software, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed business development targets.
  • Knowledge of US IT/Software development industry, trends, and market dynamics.
