Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of vital skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent the growth
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Developing rapport with key decision-makers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant
- 6 months to 1 year experience in the sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
