NSOL BPO is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in cold calling, excellent English communication skills, and prior experience in the BPO industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the BPO industry.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
