**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Cold Calling:** Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls to generate new business leads.
- **Client Acquisition:** Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored BPO solutions.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- **Proposal Development:** Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- **Contract Negotiation:** Lead negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
- **Sales Reporting:** Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BPO client sales, cold calling, and business development.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its dynamics.
- **Sales Acumen:** Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Tech Savvy:** Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.

- **Night Shift:** Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
