Business Development Executive

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding Milestone Destinations' client base and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate and public clients, and promoting our customized tour packages to the northern areas. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Lead Generation:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new market opportunities, and emerging trends in the travel industry.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored travel solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of our customized tour plans.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Milestone Destinations' travel packages.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with tour planners and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customized travel plans.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to improve sales processes.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the travel/tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s northern travel destinations, including Naran, Hunza, Skardu, Swat, Kalam, Kashmir, and Neelum Valley.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
