Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire bidding sales cycle on Upwork.
- Conduct calls and close leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Oversee CRM tools and ensure effective usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and communicate project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on Upwork with a strong track record of success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in lead generation and nurturing.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and their effective application.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
- Experience with C2C lead generation.
- Technical knowledge of relevant stacks is essential.
