Job Description
The Sales Executive drives business growth by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and selling software solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting the company's products effectively, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate software solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new software offerings. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or preferably Electrical/Mechatronic engineering background.
- 2 Months to 6 of experience in software sales, industrial automation, or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to understand technical software products and explain them to non-technical customers.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of industrial automation systems. Knowledge of industrial digitalization. Knowledge of the software industry, emerging technologies, and SaaS models is a plus.
