Business Development Executive

Job Description

Galaxy View Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work during night hours.


Key Responsibilities:


- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

- Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.

- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.

- Handle client objections and inquiries with confidence.


Requirements:


- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, especially in an appointment setting or telemarketing.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work effectively during the night shift.

- A positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.

- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).
