ConnectX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal incumbent will bring a proven track record in business development, sales, and possess exceptional networking and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of the London property market.
C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Discovering leads associated with property management firms in the UK via diverse platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others.
2. Engaging with leads and coordinating meetings between leads and senior management at ConnectX.
3. Cold calling agents, realtors, and landlords and maintain a working relationship.
4. Liaise with letting agents & landlords to acquire new properties in London, according to the company’s targets and monthly KPIs.
5. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities for potential clients (landlords and tenants) and add more properties to the companies portfolio.
6. Negotiate deals and contracts with property owners and agents to acquire properties on favorable terms.
7. Collaborate with the team in London to do the viewings, provide a report, and collect keys from the landlord.
8. Researching and analyzing potential revenue opportunities and evaluating various platforms to reach out to potential clients (landlords and tenants)
9. Working close with Director to analyse high-revenue business opportunities and the effectiveness of various media/channels for sales and aligning business development opportunities accordingly.
10. Building and maintaining good relationships with potential key stakeholders, including real estate, agents, and existing landlords for upselling and cross-selling.
11. Provide support in accurately maintaining the company CRM system on potential clients and sales and present reports to the management.
12. Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress toward goals.
D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification
At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
· At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
· BPO experience with UK based clients will be a plus.
