Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Upwork Bidder having 1 years of experience to join our team who would be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting proposals, and helping us secure new clients through freelance platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search for relevant projects that align with the company's expertise.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Maintain an updated profile on Upwork with relevant skills and portfolio items.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Work closely with the team to understand our service offerings and capabilities.
  • Handle client communication throughout the bidding process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.
  • Stay updated with freelance platform's policies and bidding strategies to maximize our visibility and success.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum +2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's bidding process and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of the services offered by our company.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelors in Computer sciences
  • Knowledge of different Tech stacks ( .Net, React Js, Angular Js, React Native, )
