Job Description
This is an on-site role located in Lahore for an Sales Development Executive that included, Upwork Bidder | Email marketer | Lead generation specialist. The role involves tasks such as bidding on projects, designing email marketing campaigns, direct outreach via Linkedin and generating leads for the company.
Responsibilities
- Upwork Proposal Writing & bidding skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with the potential leads both via written and verbal communication.
- Email marketing campaign design skills
- Lead generation expertise
- Identifying and prioritizing sales opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Experience in digital marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and strategies
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate marketing qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and English (Written/verbal) communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Services
- Proven track record in managing and generating leads from Upwork.
- Experience in working in the Staff Augmentation Sales process.
- Call Centre Experience in outbound campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent Negotiating skills
- Prior experience in Software Development Sales would be a Plus
