The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our home automation solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the smart home industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. They will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain Zoho CRM to implement timely workflows for home automation leads.
· Oversee operational activities of the SIPL automation Demonstration Room.
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, lead calling, cold calling, and other lead
generation methods.
· Negotiate and close business deals aligned with company objectives.
· Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
· Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
· Develop and execute strategies to enhance company visibility and profitability.
· Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
· Maintain comprehensive records of business development and sales activities.
