Business Development Executive

Job Description

This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing at least one client within one month. For every deal you successfully close, you will earn a 15% commission. If you achieve the target of onboarding one client within the month, you will be offered a permanent position with Starcean Solution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation

Identify potential clients and market segments for digital marketing services.

Build a database of qualified leads through research and networking.

Client Outreach and Engagement

Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, or networking platforms.

Develop strong relationships with prospective clients.

Schedule and lead meetings to understand client requirements.

Service Presentation and Proposal Creation

Present the agency’s services, including SEO, PPC, web development, and branding solutions.

Customize proposals and pitches to meet client-specific needs.

Negotiation and Deal Closure

Negotiate pricing, terms, and deliverables.

Finalize agreements and contracts with clients.

Collaboration and Reporting

Work with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.

Provide regular progress updates to the management team.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing).

Familiarity with digital marketing services and tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets within tight timelines.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to client outreach.
