Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to propose and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for consistent lead generation and business growth.
• Track leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and revenue growth.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development or lead generation, specifically in a software house.
• Strong knowledge of IT/software development services (MERN, Laravel, Django, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
