Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Business Development Executive. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and other business development tasks. The ideal candidate should have 0–1 year of experience and a basic understanding of freelancing platforms and professional networking tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze potential opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Create, customize, and submit compelling proposals to secure projects.
- Research and identify prospects on LinkedIn to generate leads and maintain a lead database.
- Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients to build relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize on improving proposal success rates.
- Assist in managing client communications and following up on leads to ensure conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development and lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in business development or freelancing platform management.
- Basic understanding of Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and analyze data effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (preferred).
