What You'll Do
- Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn networking
- Create and manage winning proposals on Upwork
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct market research for new opportunities
- Prepare tailored presentations and proposals
- Track and report on lead generation activities
- Stay current with industry trends
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution presentation
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
- Experience with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools
- Understanding of the IT industry and technical solutions
- Familiarity with ODOO is a plus
