Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork.
• Must be able to achieve the target of $3K to $6K.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience on Upwork, specifically in 2D animation, graphics and web.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
