Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth? Fortify, a leading SaaS-based ERP solution for the real estate industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team!

 

About the Role:

 

We’re seeking a full-time resource who thrives on connecting with clients and closing deals. As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Accompany our team to client meetings to build relationships and present Fortify’s value proposition.
  • Work with leads provided by us, nurture them, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Actively engage on LinkedIn, reaching out to builders and developers to schedule meetings.
  • Occasionally perform door-to-door sales to connect with potential clients directly.
  • Bring your A-game during a 3-month probation period to prove your expertise and dedication.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to take the initiative.
  • Comfort with sales, both in-person and online.
  • Experience in business development, client engagement, or sales (preferably in SaaS or real estate) is a plus.
