About the Role:
We’re seeking a full-time resource who thrives on connecting with clients and closing deals. As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Accompany our team to client meetings to build relationships and present Fortify’s value proposition.
- Work with leads provided by us, nurture them, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Actively engage on LinkedIn, reaching out to builders and developers to schedule meetings.
- Occasionally perform door-to-door sales to connect with potential clients directly.
- Bring your A-game during a 3-month probation period to prove your expertise and dedication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who isn’t afraid to take the initiative.
- Comfort with sales, both in-person and online.
- Experience in business development, client engagement, or sales (preferably in SaaS or real estate) is a plus.
