We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Islamabad office. This role is critical in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our mission of advancing technology innovation in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other outreach efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the Special Technology Zones ecosystem.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Partnership Development: Explore and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology companies, government bodies, and industry influencers.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or consultancy sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
Networking: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a strong track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools, CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Special Technology Zones: Understanding of the STZ framework and related regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
