We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in using Upwork to find clients and manage relationships. You will play a key role in expanding Evolvance's client base, primarily focusing on generating leads and opportunities through the Upwork platform, while also building and nurturing relationships with potential clients. This position is on-site in Johar Town J2, Lahore, working from 12 PM to 9 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Upwork Client Acquisition: Actively search for new business opportunities on Upwork by responding to relevant project listings and submitting tailored proposals for our digital marketing services.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with Upwork clients and ensure excellent service delivery. Regularly communicate with clients, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals for digital marketing projects on Upwork, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s needs and showcase Evolvance’s expertise.
Lead Generation and Sales: Work with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads from Upwork into long-term clients.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and help tailor the services we pitch on Upwork, ensuring that proposals align with the capabilities of our agency.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition on Upwork to adapt proposals and strategies accordingly.
Negotiations and Closing Deals: Engage in negotiations with clients on Upwork, ensuring that terms are beneficial for both parties while maintaining the high-quality standards of Evolvance.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of proposals, client communications, and project outcomes. Provide regular reports on performance metrics from Upwork, such as response rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Requirements:
Experience with Upwork: Proven experience in finding and managing clients through the Upwork platform, including writing proposals, setting rates, and managing client communications.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently identify and respond to Upwork job postings and generate high-quality leads.
Experience in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Self-motivated, with a passion for generating business and achieving sales targets.
