Business Development Executive

Job Description

A competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up the sales function of our design business. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, and negotiating deals. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through Email, LinkedIn, Phone, (and potentially freelance platforms as well) we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute a sales plan for high-volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and lead generation
  • Reach to prospects and leads through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn
  • Setup appointments with leads interested in design and development services
  • Conduct appointments with interested leads to pitch them design services
  • Follow up with leads in your pipeline and convert them to paying customers
  • Achieve key activity (e.g. demos, pursuits, proposals, calls, email engagement, etc.) and performance metrics
  • Craft clear and effective messaging, communications, and presentations for partners.
  • Maintain sales CRM and dashboards
  • Work in a collaborative team and company to ensure solid sales experience for prospects/partners, improve our organization's processes, support our company values, and bring your unique and authentic you.

 

Basic Requirements:

 

  • Experienced in technology sales (Web design and development, UI/UX Design, ebook, eCommerce)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in international markets (preferably US, UK, Canada)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with the problem-solving mindset of not giving up
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and trends
  • B2B experience navigating through C-level executives and owners of companies.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

 

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role:

 

Visualizing sales and lead data to build a revenue-generating plan of action.

Proficient in CRM software and effective in pipeline management

In-depth knowledge of sales cycle and customer experience management

Collaborate with others including external partners as well as the ability to work autonomously, be outcome-oriented, and be a strong team leader

Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate the features of a range of products into business benefits

Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic and nurturing environment

Strong management skills in regard to following up, scheduling, and tracking sales data.
