Business Development Executive - Healthcare

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating relationships with potential clients. The successful candidate will be working from our Lahore office, Pakistan.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 - 10 years of proven business development/sales experience, with a focus on medical billing and healthcare consulting services.
  • 4 - 5 years of US market experience preferred, with a strong network within the healthcare and medical billing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and prioritize opportunities

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, medical practices, and other potential clients.
  • Understand the specific needs and pain points of healthcare clients related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in medical billing and healthcare.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to make informed business development strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive and compliant proposals for medical billing services.
  • Address specific challenges and demonstrate how the organization's solutions align with the needs of healthcare clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for prosperous project delivery, giving regular reports on sales activities to senior management.
