This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive - Resource Augmentation at Jaffer Business Systems Inc. office located in Karāchi. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for resource augmentation, aiming to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience of 2+ years in IT staff/resource augmentation in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Zoominfo, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
