Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Interns to join our team for a summer internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. Successful interns will have the potential to transition into full-time positions with Mavericks United.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales and performance reports.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work US working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Understanding of the technology services industry.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
