Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Guru, etc.) for Web Development, App Development, UI UX Design, SEO, and Social Media Marketing, etc.
Develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds revenue targets.
Build and manage a team of sales reps, providing training, coaching, and support to drive their success.
Writing attractive proposals for clients, customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project, and strategy building for winning contracts and projects.
Qualifications
3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role such as Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management with a proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals, ideally in the technology space.
Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Rapport Building, Proposal writing, cold outreach, negotiation, and deal closing is a must.
