Business Development Manager

Job Description

Source Ignite is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert with former experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.

  • Generate new business opportunities and bring new customers through online freelancing platforms such as freelancer, upwork and Fiverr.
  • Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.
  • Regular Communication with the internal production team and managers regarding projects and/or clients.
  • Attend regular sales meetings initiated by leads/managers.
  • Track and update sales numbers on given documents.
  • Help coordinators manage your own projects on a regular basis, keep track of updates.
  • Follow SOPs as communicated by the manager.
  • Help team members in target achievements in any way possible.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Experience of 2-3 years in IT Industry (Web design, Graphic design).
  • Experience of of managing Freelancer/Upwork team will be preferred.
  • Experience on bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Shift: Night

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
