Objectives of this role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that prioritizes sustainable growth and expansion in target markets and segments and enhances client/customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and market gaps.
  • Utilize financial techniques to optimize sales revenue and ensure alignment with corporate goals. • Monitor sales progress, track invoices, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Mentor and train sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance

Responsibilities

  • Research Industry, organizations, and individuals to develop effective sales solutions and identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
  • Contact potential clients to establish connections, understand their needs, and arrange meetings to showcase our offerings related to products or services.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to expand our reach and attract new customers.
  • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders and teams and provide continuous, constructive feedback.
  • Increase the value of current customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Find and develop new markets, explore untapped segments, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and our capabilities.
  • Set goals for the development team and business growth and provide guidance and support to ensure they are met. Train personnel and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of software products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactively identify opportunities and navigate uncertainty with confidence. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software like CRM, CMS, etc.
  • Proven record of sales growth and strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Strong and Clear verbal and written communication skills
