We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager in our LAHORE office. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including initial contact, presentations, negotiations, and contract signings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in approach and delivery of solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and competitive advantages.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and other materials as needed to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to management regularly.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote and establish thought leadership in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, team outsourcing, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
