Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager in our LAHORE office. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic business development efforts. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including initial contact, presentations, negotiations, and contract signings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in approach and delivery of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and other materials as needed to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to management regularly.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote and establish thought leadership in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, team outsourcing, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
