Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and clients needs to develop effective strategies.
Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new leads in IT ERP domain and opportunities through various channels, including networking events, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.
Client Acquisition: Engaging with potential clients on a deeper level to learn about key pain points they are facing that our Teams services can solve.
Familiarity with freelancing websites and the ability to optimize profiles for increased visibility and success (Upwork. fiverr, toptal, freelancer etc)
Proposal Development: Creating and presenting proposals to potential clients, outlining tailored solutions and follow-up on next steps.
Negotiation and Closing: Confirming the quota and pricing with the client. Working closely with the legal team to ensure alignment with the client.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the system.
Collaboration: Collaborating with various companies teams, such as marketing, product development, finance, and legal team to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay Updated: Keeping up-to-date with market changes to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging opportunities.
Strong analytical prowess coupled with problem-solving acumen.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to evolving priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English
5-6 years of experience in IT product sales and business development, and showcasing proficiency in cultivating and managing client relationships.
Familiarity with ERP Technologies
Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to cooperate with other team members.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
