MASRO is a non-profit organization dedicated to Sustainable Development. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our fundraising and business development efforts.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organizational goals
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donations
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Research and analyze market trends, donor priorities, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with program teams to develop funding proposals and reports
- Manage and track fundraising progress, ensuring timely and effective communication with donors and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and other business development materials
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including social enterprise and revenue-generating initiatives
- Represent the organization in networking events, conferences, and meetings
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or sales
- Proven track record of success in securing funding and building partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with non-profit sector and fundraising landscape
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
