We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in need of software development and digital marketing services. Initiate and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to develop and refine business strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with software development and digital marketing teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met. Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Networking and Partnership Building: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence and build strategic partnerships.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the software development and/or digital marketing industry.
