Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at BoostHive located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The BDM should be fluent with Mandarin & English. He/She will be responsible for new sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, and maintaining effective communication to drive revenue for the company. Role will include Chinese Market research, Client Research, Data Review & Management, Pre-sales development and Customer Advocacy.

 

  • B2B Cold calling into respective markets to identify new business opportunities and schedule appointments for the head of growth.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for growth
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent Mandarin & English communication skills - Reading, Speaking, Listening and Writing
  • Sales Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Appointment scheduling and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success & Lead Generation is a plus
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Committed availability within the Job timings
  • Chinese market experience is a Plus
