Business Development Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

 

Responsibilities

-Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in Software Development.

-Strong understanding of online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and experience in utilizing them for business development.

-Experience in building a customer pipeline through Cold Emailing and other methods, etc.

-Demonstrable track record of acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
