Business Development Manager

Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team to create and execute strategies that align with our company goals.

 

Your Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities for company growth.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Create and implement business development plans and initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and partners.

 

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
