Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager & Lead Generation Expert to spearhead our efforts on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Business Development:
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, sales progress, and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, particularly on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and the ability to generate leads effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
