Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Business Development to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales, and business development, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and contributing to our continued success.

 

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients to establish new business relationships and expand the company's client portfolio.

- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

- Understand clients' workforce needs and tailor recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions, including staffing plans, talent pipelines, and onboarding strategies.

- Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities to senior management.

- Mentor and guide junior business development team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, industry terminology, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

- Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding a team of business development professionals.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
