Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to establish new business relationships and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients' workforce needs and tailor recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions, including staffing plans, talent pipelines, and onboarding strategies.
- Lead presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales and business development activities to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior business development team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
Qualifications:
